How do I connect the camera?

Make sure you are connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network before connecting. If the camera rapidly flashes a red light after powering on, you can proceed to the next step of the connection process.
How can I tell if the network I'm using is 2.4GHz or 5GHz?

Android: click on WiFi network name for info

IOS: download AirPort Tools, activate WLAN scanner in "Settings", click "Wi-Fi Scan" for 2.4G (1-13) & 5G (after 13) frequency.
How many recording options does the camera have?

1.Saving to the phone: On iOS, screenshots and videos will be saved in the app's album and exported to the system album.

2.Local recording to an SD card: Supports event or continuous recording mode.

3.Cloud storage: Supports event recording only.

4.How long can a 64GB memory card record videos for 24 hours a day?

If the camera records videos continuously for 24 hours a day, a 16GB card can record around 36 hours, a 32GB card can record for about 3 days, and a 64GB card can record for approximately 6 days.
